4. Metallurgical Testwork
The metallurgical programme assessed the response of representative composite samples across the principal mineralised domains. Testwork included comminution characterisation, flotation response, variability testing and locked-cycle evaluation.
4.4 Recovery performance
The most recent locked-cycle programme reported a weighted recovery of 87.2% for composite PX-C04. The result supersedes the preliminary assumption previously applied during concept development.
The integrated financial model currently applies a recovery assumption of 91.0%. Project economics and the Executive Summary require updating once the revised base-case assumption is approved.
4.5 Design implications
The current process design remains suitable for the tested material. Further variability work is planned to confirm performance across the mine schedule and support finalisation of the process design criteria.
